In the case that you received the wrong item, please fill our CONTACT FORM or email us at luxurybydari@hotmail.com, so we can better assist you. Make sure you include your name, order number, and proof/pictures of what items were incorrect.
IMPORTANT: To qualify for exchange, the product MUST NOT have or show any signs of being used and the value of the product should not be affected.
